Dr. Brown is President of JHB Environmental/Occupational Health Consultants. He is the Graduate Program Coordinator and Professor at Eastern Kentucky University (EKU) in the Environmental Health Science and Sustainability and Industrial Hygiene Department. Dr. Brown is a certified industrial hygienist, registered sanitarian, and a diplomate of the American Academy of Sanitarians.
Dr. Brown has over 30 years of professional experience with a diverse background in environmental health/occupational health and safety starting at the entry-level as a laboratory technician eventually working his way into management possessing an intimate knowledge of the requirements at all job levels. Dr. Brown’s doctoral research was in Behavior-Based Safety. He has have worked for both public and private entities with a deep range of professional experience throughout the US and the world.

Dr. Pinion has over a decade of professional EOHS experience. Prior to becoming faculty at Eastern Kentucky University, he was Global Health, Safety, and Environmental Training Manager, Corporate HSE for CB&I, Inc. Dr. Pinion has extensive experience in all areas of EOHS including site, water, air, and soil protection, as well as site and waste management including preparing, revising and implementing required regulatory permits and regulations.
Mr. Farley has over 30 years of EOHS experience. Prior to joining JHB LLC, he was Corporate Environmental Health and Safety Manager for Topy America Inc. Mr. Farley was also Health and Safety Manager for Exide Technologies, Aisin Automotive Casting LLC, and EnerSys Incorporated.
Rifath Ali, MD, MPH, MS, CSSM is an adjunct faculty at Eastern Kentucky University. Rifath is an Industrial Hygienist and Safety consultant with JHB. Rifath’s 15 years of professional, diversified experience includes being a practicing physician in India, public health specialist, environmental/occupational health, and safety specialist. Rifath has performed a variety of EOHS work in numerous industries.
